Purchasing Methodware Assessment Solutions

Invoices
Invoice payments are due within 30 days of invoice date on the bank account specified on the invoice. All incurred bank transaction costs and commissions are to be paid by the purchaser, including commissions for international payments.

Methodware offers a 30 day money-back guarantee to all their customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your Activation Key.

Maintenance Agreements
Methodware provides standard annual maintenance agreements across the entire product range. An annual cost of 20% of your total software licence, maintenance agreements provide priority technical support, free product upgrades, and access to Methodware's Client Center where you can update your engine and/or product periodically to receive new functionality.
These maintenance agreements are concluded between yourself and Methodware directly. Q-Project only plays the role of "intermediary" to settle the paperwork, without any legal involvement. Please e-mail us for additional details.

Methodware's Licence Agreement
Please ensure you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of purchase as outlined in Methodware's License Agreement before purchasing any Advisor software product. By installing, copying or otherwise using the software product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Please choose the appropriate link below:

Runtime Software Licence - (Cobit Advisor 3rd Edition (Audit), Cobit 4.0  Management Advisor, ERA Lite, ERA Lite Financial, PRo Audit Advisor, Planning Advisor).

Compact Disk, if ordered, and invoice are shipped via the shipping method of your choice. You can also choose to download the software from the Methodware Client Center, which you can access after we have received your purchase order.
